For 20+ years Peter has built training plans and coaching programs using Training Peaks. This software can be used for free and allows two way communication between a coach and an athlete. It is a great way to bring your data together in one location and to track your progress.

Get a Pre-Made Training Plan delivered immediately via Training Peaks. Our Training Peaks Plans are like maps to a general fitness or race goal. The plans provide workout ideas and structure towards goals but can not account for where you are now and where exactly you want to go. Many athletes like these rough templates that they can use to motivate and guide their training while making adjustments for their preferences and progress along the way.
