If you know me, you know that I’m a huge comic book nerd and that I am firmly in the DC universe camp. So naturally, when I got asked if I was interested in interviewing Gal Gadot, AKA Wonder Woman, about her healthy lifestyle, I absolutely jumped at the chance. Not to fan girl, but… total fan girl moment for me. And it was made significantly better when a) she was charming and a blast to chat with, and b) she actually had some pretty solid tips and advice. We talked a lot about the benefits of being a morning person, and as someone who wishes she identified as such, Gal’s description of the solitude and general productivity and relaxation that can happen in the morning finally got me getting out of bed right away instead of snuggling under the covers.
