We were so excited to have the awesome Susan Amato of The Valley Om in Easton, PA, on the podcast to talk about all things yoga for athletes this week, and she made us this great 30-minute flow for athletes! This practice can be used as a complete, stand alone active-recovery moment or broken down into segments to provide pre-workout / event mobility and recovery work.
You can expect to prepare yourself physically for optimal and safe performance, prime yourself mentally to stay calm and focused on your goals and ultimately appreciate your ability to experience life more fully through sport as a wholly integrated person.
