Three topics that I really, really love, especially as we headed into our women’s gravel training camp here in Girona. It’s not about showing up to camp as the fittest person there, but it is about showing up prepared in terms of your gear and thinking about your goals, objectives, questions, and what you want to get out of the camp! We also dove into the thorny topic of what to do when you’ve picked a goal that is WAY too big and you’re in over your head. Love this one!
