The definition of a Consummate Athlete is an athlete who is skillful, having supreme mastery, or who is ‘perfect in every way’.
At Consummate Athlete Coaching we take this to mean a person who who takes care of all the little things that contribute to performance in sport. They are on top of their gear, organization, skills, tactics, physiological training, socializing and overall health. We boil this process down to the 4 C’s – We strive to use cross training to consistently move and develop community and confidence through Sport.
