I love a good wellness hack. I prefer that they a) work, b) aren’t complicated, and c) aren’t precious—I’m fine with a good ritual, like making time to make matcha or meditate, but I want them to be repeatable no matter where I am or what I’m doing at the moment. I find a lot of the wellness hacks I read about have waaaaay too much ceremony involved and it’s just not sustainable. So, I asked some really smart people to share the ‘hacks’ that changed their lives. Predictably, the things that helped move the needle were the things we know we should do but probably aren’t, leading with the super-boring but super important one of sleeping enough. To make sure that none of the hacks were super obnoxious, I turned to women I know and trust: Lori Nedescu, Nicole Loher, and Jessie Zapo, to name a few. You can read the rest of the hacks over on Nylon here!
