I love an offseason, because it represents a great time to catch up on life, assess how the past season went and start thinking about the new season critically, before diving in headfirst. (Too many of us, myself included, skip this step…) In this episode, we dive into Post-Season To Do’s, and 2020 Goals. We discuss a couple of updates on past questions from listeners and what they learned, including numb hands, injuries that limit the activity you can do. Plus we discuss the season being over, taking off-season and planning for next year, including my personal favorite, New Years Resolutions.
