Today a quick note on how we plan our training sessions (or rides if you are really embracing this ‘no trainining’ philosophy)
When you are out on the trail try looking for things you can’t do and then practicing them
It sounds obvious but watch how many times you ride around something on the ‘easy’ route or even get off and walk .
These are great sources of feedback and if you re-think what the purpose of your offroad riding is , this idea makes so much sense .
