Today some quick shots from a very chilly Cyclocross Provincials here in Ontario.
I really think it is worth sticking around or going early to watch other people racing. If you become a student of racing/riding and start studying the ‘art’ you can learn a lot without ever ‘pedalin’ . (That is why we are here right?)
Pay attention to what methods are faster .
What methods are being used ?
What methods are definitely not better ? ( left arm in the air while doing barriers was one of the best (worst) methods I saw yesterday)
