If you’re anything like me, the last month of summer gets hectic: family vacations, friends hosting parties/barbecues/weddings, ice cream, margaritas… The list goes on. And for me this August in particular, staying motivated to stay healthy/active/training has been a little tougher since we already completed the big goal of the season. But that’s no reason to totally slack off (and then feel like crap in a few weeks during back-to-school season). So when Nylon wanted me to write this piece about staying motivated to workout even when it’s freaking HOT out, I was stoked. So, let’s get motivated!
