I was lucky enough to be a guest on my friend Sonya Looney’s awesome podcast this week to talk all about athletes + habits—you know, my favorite topic!! And of course, since Sonya and I have known each other for a long time (she’s been on our podcast a couple of times as well!), we were able to get really deep on some pretty intense topics. It’s always fun chatting with her, and we got deep on athlete body image, weight, and RED-S… and of course, some of my personal favorite points to discuss, like journalling and bedtime routines!
