If you’re in the DC area, come hang out next week! On Wednesday, Sept 12, I’ll be at the Rapha Cycle Club in DC talking all things cycling in a night for just the ladies who love to ride bikes. These nights are always a total blast: there’s often wine involved, we get into deep conversations about nutrition, training and all the awkward topics like numbness and chafing, and $hit gets real. Occasionally, we’ve had tears, and always, we’ve had a lot of laughs. It’s goofy, fun and (I hope) super informative. These nights always make me way more stoked on riding, and hopefully they do the same for you!
PS: NOt in DC and want to host a talk? Get in touch here!!
The talk: Ladies, please join us at Rapha D.C. for an evening with Molly Hurford, cycling journalist and coach. She has been racing and writing about all things bike-related for the last 10 years. From racing across the country to traveling to Europe as team manager for Aspire Racing, she’s been involved in nearly every aspect of cycling. In this talk, she’s sharing the best training tips she’s scored from top coaches and racers; nutrition advice she wrote about in Fuel Your Ride; and some hard-earned tips on making any ride more comfortable—her extremely niche area of expertise.
