Six weeks into 2018, the weather is slushy, gray and cold… and trainer riding is getting really old. I don’t know about you guys, but even during my 15 minutes of morning core/yoga flow, I’m finding motivation a little lacking. Which leads me to my personal favorite cheesy method of perking up: the movie montage. You guys know what I mean: the makeover from schlubby to kickass. Think Rocky IV.
