The UNBOUND Gravel training plan has been tested over many years as different clients have taken on this grueling event and it is designed to give you experiences that will prepare you for race day. As Consummate Athletes, we look beyond just fitness and power to consider how your bike, gear, tactics, fueling, and pacing influence your success.

Is This Plan For You?

This plan is for the adventurous people who take on a challenge like UNBOUND GRAVEL! Advanced riders with bold goal should consider our COACHING or 3 Month Made for you plans to ensure the plan matches their ability and their goals.

This plan assumes you have some fitness base coming into these last 5-6 months. It starts in January start and builds to the late May / early June event date.

It is set to end on the event weekend so can not be applied to other weekends.

What Does It Include?

Structured Workout Downloads are included for most bike workouts ( for Garmin / Zwift Etc ). Some workouts do not have downloads to keep things simple and provide freedom from focus and devices! (e.g. ride endurance for 3 hours). The first 2 months include more indoor-oriented workouts but all can be done outside.

What does it Cost?

The plan is delivered instantly and securely via Training Peaks for $99.99 USD for the 5 Months of training. At $20 per month that is a huge value for a plan that helps you avoid common mistakes and helps you fit this JUMBO event into a busy adult life
