Cycling indoors is great, yes, but it can also lead to some pretty gross issues. Because it’s often hotter than outside and there’s less cooling breeze to keep you dry, you’re at risk of more issues with saddle sores and other assorted gross stuff. You also tend to move less (think less standing, less maneuvering and shifting weight), which can lead to exacerbating issues with the warm/moist (sorry) environment.
