While some people may have more time to run right now, plenty of people are busier than ever. While it’s tempting to just quit your workout routine entirely, we know there are so many benefits to continuing to exercise—for your physical, mental and emotional health.
How low can you go in terms of training? I looked at the recent research to figure out what a bare-minimum training plan would look like to preserve fitness so that when your goal race is back on, you’ll be ready to up your mileage quickly.
