I can barely talk about the fact that it’s mid-November already and we currently have about 7 inches of slushy snow piled up outside. And next week, it’s going to be 50 and sunny again. Which means winter riding has officially arrived. So, over on Bicycling, I shared a lot of years worth of advice for gearing up, keeping training rolling and working through chilly nutrition.
