- Where is My Training Plan? Make sure you have signed up and/or linked Training Peaks accounts
- Sync Workouts with Garmin and Zwift and others – Garmin Connect, Zwift (link), Strava (link), and other supported programs/devices (here)
- There are Confusing Short-Forms / Terms + Terminology – See Day 4 of Getting Started
- The workout seems complicated – Pay most attention to the TITLE and the Description of the workout – There is often a 3rd ‘Download description’ that is for a smart trainer. Focus on the Title/description (the 80% that matters). Read more about this.
