Over at Nylon, I got to hop into a topic that I am feeling DEEPLY as I’m home for a couple of days in Canada: working out at home because it’s too damn cold to get outside. This was a fun one to put together because I wanted to think of workouts that would be effective for newbie and veteran fitness-ers, and wouldn’t involve spending $$$ on gear or already having an indoor training setup. I actually ended up really excited about these—and they’re great not just when it’s too cold to go out to train, but they’re perfect for travel days when you’re stuck in a hotel and have very limited time. They’re all super short, so if you only have 30 minutes from start to finish, just shed your sweatpants, turn on a good playlist, and get moving in your living room.
