I know most of you have seen me talk about lady part issues over on SaddleSoreWomen.com a million times, but this piece was super cool because it gave me a totally different way of looking at the issue of saddle sores and discomfort on the bike—over on Greatist, we’re focusing more on the issues women face in spin classes and as more casual cyclists, and it was cool to be able to go back to basics. Having hit up a few spin classes lately, it kills me to see women showing up and being SUPER uncomfortable the whole class, picking wedgies, shifting on a too-high seat, et cetera. So… share this with a new to cycling friend (or your spin class instructor…).
