The unexpected cost came from traveling with someone that decided she didn’t like camping as much as she preferred staying in hotels. One thing that helped, was having a Black Card membership at Planet Fitness. (I don’t work for the company.) $20/month and nationwide access helped her overcome the nights we camped. PF typically has free wi-fi for members that need to maintain social media contact while working out. Other national chains have similar offers, but $20 monthly is hard to beat.
