It’s Amazon Prime Day (again) and for many—especially the Canadians who just had their Thanksgiving—the holiday shopping season has started. For some of us, the gear list for winter riding (inside or out), or the 2023 gear list, has been created. Maybe you have a winter destination cycling trip coming up, and need a new bike bag. Now, before we dive in to our exciting list of our favorite finds on Amazon for their bonus Prime days today and tomorrow, don’t forget that we’re big fans of having just the essentials and keeping your gear minimal to make it easier to maintain. Just because it’s on sale, doesn’t mean you need it or should buy it. I’m a fan of making a quick wishlist before checking out what the sales are, if I’m being honest.

Prime Sales in the US
Beats Studio3 Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-Ear Headphones: 51% off! I actually ordered these for both podcasting and for trainer rides where I just don’t want to wear earbuds anymore. (I find on the trainer, ear buds tend to bug my ears, I think it’s to do with sweat not drying…)
Winter Run Gloves: 20% off. These are water resistant and have the touch screen capability that I’m always looking for! (I like having a couple pairs of winter run gloves floating around since I tend to lose them / they get washed after every run because I am, to put it bluntly, a snot machine.)
iRobot Roomba i4+ EVO: 38% off. Do I consider the Roomba to be an athletic accessory? Heck yeah. We’ve had one for two years, and the time that it’s bought back is amazing. If you’re always vacuuming and sweeping, I highly recommend getting one of these bad boys.
Oakley Sutro: 25% off. If you’re an Oakley devotee, it’s always worth watching for sales. The Sutro’s are a pair of cycling sunglasses I’ve been scoping out for a while, and 25% off might convince me to finally pull the trigger.
Amazon Fire TV: 25% off. Looking for a TV to set up in your basement training studio? This is the day to shop for one on sale before the trainer season starts!

Oakley Sutro: 25% off. If you’re an Oakley devotee, it’s always worth watching for sales. The Sutro’s are a pair of cycling sunglasses I’ve been scoping out for a while, and 25% off might convince me to finally pull the trigger.
WADEO Camping Shower Bag: 20% off. Cyclocross racing? This is ideal for cleaning your body (and your bike in a pinch!). We have one for the van and it’s been super helpful.
Vitamix One: 51% off! I mean, if you’re in the market for a blender, you really can’t beat Vitamix. We’ve had ours for years and it’s fantastic. Soup! You can MAKE SOUP! (Note: DO NOT get this if you’re a kitchen gadget collector who likes the idea of having a great blender but won’t really use it.)
Garmin Fenix 6 Pro: 45-freaking-% off! If I was in the market for a watch, I’d snatch this one up today since it’s on such a great sale! Basically, you’re getting one of the best Garmins for the price of the mid-range ones.
Wahoo Fitness TICKR X Heart Rate Monitor with Memory: 10% off. We love Wahoo’s HRMs for how durable they are, and how flexible they are (both in terms of fit and use!) since you can sync it to your phone and the Wahoo app and head out on a run or use it with all your cycling stuff.
