The Art of Layers For Shoulder Season Running
Layering for runners: It’s a subtle art. You don’t want to overdress, or underdress, and you definitely don’t want a bunch of gear flapping around on you. But at the same time, buying clothing for every season is pricey and impractical, since the combo of winter and summer wardrobe and maybe a couple of extras is all you need to get through any weather fall and spring can throw at you. It just takes a bit of creativity! So, over at MapMyRun, I talk about what I’ve learned about the art of layering after a lot of years of trial and error!
