I go in and out of tracking workouts, and right now, I’m heavily into it. I should always be tracking, even when I’m not training for something specific, just so I have an idea of my baseline, but I admit, I fall off the wagon pretty fast… But lately, with devices like the Apple Watch, it is pretty easy to do a quick look-back even when I’m not being meticulous about tracking.
