Writing about resolution-keeping is basically the best way to get back on track with resolutions… But beyond that, I find it so freaking fascinating. And for this article over at MapMyRun.com, I was so stoked to get to interview a brilliant sports consultant for some advice on hitting fitness goals for the year. I admit, I kept her on the phone waaaaaay too long just picking her brain about other stuff (but mainly the topic of setting and achieving goals). You don’t want to miss this one!
Molly Hurford is a journalist in love with all things cycling, running, nutrition and movement-related.
