For Ontario Cycling’s women’s cycling week, I spoke with two amazing women, Dr. Roz Lougheed Simpson of the Cleveland Clinic Canada and Laura Powers, a physio who focuses on pelvic floor health in Collingwood at Higher Function Women’s Health. In this session, we chatted about pelvic floor health and signs of issues, WTF kegels are and when they’re useful, common cycling injuries women deal with, and the habits that both women wish cyclists would do on the daily. (Ahem, hydrate!)
