Some quick thoughts for you!

I like to see clients able to put their butt on their heels and then hinge over belly on chest as a ‘mulligan’ test (child’s pose in yoga basically)

Workign on lunge and squat depth and generally thoracic mobility

and gradually (MONTHS) lowering bike fit while keeping an eye on power / performance while increasing time in position to goal duration or longer.
