Everyone who’s been on this blog for a while knows how I’ve struggled with started any kind of meditation practice over the years. But finally, in the last few months, I’ve been able to do it on a daily basis, and I think a big part of it came from researching this article for MapMyRun, where I looked at the ways meditation could actually improve athlete performance in a plethora of ways. And honestly? It feels really good to have finally figured out a way to meditate on the daily—even/especially when my schedule is nuts.
