I don’t know about all of you, but around us, we still don’t have full trail access… but I have a lot of big trail runs planned for the summer, with some pretty big goals around them. So, I’m trying to train for them even when I don’t have access to my favorite running spots. I turned to ultra-running Ironman Alyssa Godesky for some tips, and she didn’t disappoint. Her advice will get you trail-ready without stepping foot on singletrack:
