Taking a couple weeks of off-season? Don’t just spend it on the couch bingeing on Netflix (though there’s time for that too!). Over on MapMyRun, I put together a list of ways that runners, or any kind of endurance athlete, can get the most from their time away from sport, and I think it’s a good reminder for those of us who are on any kind of break, whether it’s due to a planned off-season or a surprise injury or illness.
