I love online yoga classes, especially Vinyasa flow. Not only does the financial value of online feel better, but it fits much better into a full-time travel schedule.

Doing yoga 30 minutes per day for a month was the thing that finally resolved a pulled hamstring that years of biking and running had messed up…funny how stretching helps. Thanks for sharing Tara’s work, I’ll check it out!
