For sure! I like a greens powder like this one from Amazing Grass (http://amzn.to/2GdSXRy) just to kickstart my veggie consumption, add some bonus vitamins, make me drink extra water, and—to be totally honest here—it just *feels* like a healthy start to my day and I feel like it makes me make better choices throughout!
