So, it’s winter and it sucks out in most places. It’s basically the worst. And that means I’ve had to revisit my grudging relationship with the trainer. (I hate the trainer.) But if you a) don’t have a trainer or b) are bored to death of riding solo, a spin class can be a good way to mix things up a bit. For me, I find being surrounded by people going hard is inspiration for me to actually pedal hard as well—it definitely makes efforts a lot easier!
