Looking for some books to keep you psyched on running through the winter / hoping to stay motivated over the holiday season? As a HUGE bookworm (see: Athletic Bookworms) I find that always having some kind of book on training, nutrition or about another athlete’s journey can really help keep me excited about what I’m doing. So, over on MapMyRun, I did a rundown of six great new books on running (from fiction to memoir to training-specific to cookbook) that will keep you motivated.
