We’re on the road a lot, and that means we often don’t have gym access. Now, I freaking love a good agility course run loop for a strength/cardio workout, but honestly, they can be pretty hard to find. But playgrounds? All over the place. So, over at MapMyRun, I got a little silly and hit a local playground in Collingwood to showcase a few of the moves that Peter and I will do pretty much anywhere.
The nice part? I actually had to reshoot in a different tank top, and we weren’t in the same place I did the original workout—yet we were still able to find the local playground and do the exact same moves!
These are 5 of my favorite, all body weight strength training exercises that, done together, work your whole body. Bonus points if you run to and from the playground, or do laps around it in between sets.
