You might like this article (paywalled with bicycling) Molly did interviewing the garmin creators on how their devices are supposed to work (and why they don’t really) especialy if not using multiple devices (wrist and bike/run)

I’ll often wake up in the morning and see that I had a poor or fair night’s sleep when I felt like I slept pretty well! Garmin often tells me I didn’t get enough REM, so I might have trouble with creativity and problem solving! I sometimes wait until my day is well under way before checking that stat!

And as for Athletic Greens…I’m not crazy about the taste, but I don’t hate it. I just don’t like it enough to drink it every day.
