Do you have bad workouts? Many cyclists and runners quit their workouts frequently because they are ‘bad’. But should you quit and are they actually bad? We discuss consistency, learning, and pushing your limits. Re-framing your workouts as experiments will be helpful for any athlete but especially for those that find they are ‘failing’ workouts, not progressing, or consistently training in a negative headspace. We also discuss some common reasons that workouts go sideways that your training experiments, framed with a solution focus, can help you improve and progress from.
